Season 4, Episode 9
No, you didn’t e a mistake there! My guest today is me! After a year of interviewing other people, I decided to interview the one author I know better than any other, Conor Bredin! This was such a weird episode to record. I’m used to exploring the story of other people, no my own story, but I thought this was a good way to both push myself, experiment with a new type of episode, and do something different for the show.
I decided to split the episode up into a few different sections. If you want to listen to one section over another, there’s time codes below so you can skip to the bit that interests you most! I’ll be talking about my background, my writing, the podcast itself and how I run it, the future, and then I answer some of YOUR questions. I was so nervous at the start of recording this but then I realised that I’m talking to you lot, my friends and listeners! Look, I’m not going to waffle too much, I do that for the whole episode! Listen below!
This is the section where I usually say “Thanks so much to my guest Conor Bredin” but that’s a bit redundant isn’t it?! So instead I’d like to say thanks to my patrons and my listeners! Thanks so much to Talia Golden, Laura Hand, Michael Andrews, Halo Scot, and Dixon Reuel. Your support means far more to me than I can explain! For the regular listeners, thank you so much for coming back week after week, month after month. You’re all my personal heroes!
If you can, supporting this show can come in a huge variety! Please consider some of the following to help the show grow and develop and improve!
- Review! If you review the podcast on whatever app you’re listening on, that can really help. You can also review over on Podchaser.com!
- Buy my book! Use that link there and I even get an extra commision from Amazon. Plus, you get a book out of it!
- Tip me on Ko-Fi! Ko-Fi is a really useful service where you can just give a once off tip of your choosing! By doing so you’re helping me offset the costs of running the show.
- Of course you can also sponsor the show on Patreon! With Patreon you subscribe to pay as little as €1 a month to help me run the show and keep it going! You also get amazing little perks depending on how much you pay.
Be sure to tune in next week when I’ll be talking to the amazing and talented Qian Julie Wang. Qian Julie was on the show before. If you’re interested in listening to that episode first, which I highly reccommend, you can find it here. Be sure to check out more episodes over at www.conorbredin.com/podcast!
In the meantime… Watch an episode of The Magic Box!
